The staff were friendly and were very good too make us feel welcome. They were quick to resolve any problems and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was very clean and we felt safe and secure. The free parking was a great bonus and it was conveniently located near buses, making it easy to explore the town centre and the seafront in this city.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation into town. The rooms are spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed, such as ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to all our needs. The garden area was a lovely place to relax and enjoy some small bites and drinks. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the truffle Mac and cheese was a personal favorite. the service and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located near buses and just a short distance from the city center. We had a fantastic dinner at the in-house steakhouse, where the steak was simply divine. The room was nicely decorated and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and housekeeping went the extra mile with attention to detail. Free parking was available, adding to the convenience of our stay.
The room could have benefited from air conditioning, especially during hot weather.
